Strategy & Effectiveness (S&E) is a management consulting firm based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Our mission is to develop high performing leaders, systems and enterprises.

S&E was incorporated in 2019 as a Small Business Enterprise after 20+ years of successful consulting in the non-profit, public and private sectors both domestically and internationally. Our partners include individuals, businesses, enterprises, intermediaries, foundations, government agencies and academia.
