The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360®) is a scientifically validated and widely used Emotional Intelligence instrument. Built on over 20 years of global research, the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® assesses an individual’s social and emotional strengths and weaknesses. Respondents provide self-reports on their performance in life and work across 15 key areas of emotional skill that contribute to proficiency in complex business activities.
The EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® instruments measure emotional intelligence (EI) and its impact on individuals and workplaces. The 1-5-15 factor structure of the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® includes one overarching EI score (Total EI), which is divided into five composite scores, further segmented into a total of 15 subscales.
