What types of coaching services do you offer?
Our Integrative Coaching Practice caters to individuals, teams and organizations. We offer a range of coaching services and programs including resilience coaching, emotional intelligence coaching, executive coaching, leadership coaching, performance coaching, transformational coaching, and life coaching.
What types of Executive Coaching Programs do you offer?
Our executive coaching programs include individual executive coaching, executive team coaching, group executive coaching, peer group Mastermind coaching, executive coaching cohorts, and tailor made executive coaching programs.
What are your assumptions?
Coaches' preconceived notions can impede their ability to provide unbiased support to clients. Such biases, derived from previous experiences, may influence their perception of clients' circumstances, diminish empathetic engagement, and create obstacles to personal development. Our coaches recognize the impact of biases on their work and consistently monitor and manage these presumptions. Adhering to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competency standards, they practice active listening, employ powerful questioning techniques, and maintain a sense of curiosity.

Our coaches leverage a wealth of experience to help individuals, teams and organizations navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities for growth. Our Integrative Coaching Practice draws on client centered coaching models and approaches tailored to meet each individual needs ensuring effective results that drive long-term success.
What coaching methods do you use?
Different clients require different coaching methods depending on their needs and goals. Some of these methods may include transformational coaching, visioning, strategy formation, goal setting and planning, SMART coaching, and cognitive reframing, to name just a few. We may use multiple approaches to address a single issue or goal.
How are sessions structured?
Coaching engagements are uniquely tailored to meet Client goals. Sessions can be 30, 35, 45, or 60 minutes long and may be offered as packages. Packages may include ten 30-minute sessions with 10-minute follow-ups in between. These illustrate our flexibility in meeting a variety of Client needs. Contact us to discuss your unique needs.
What credentials or qualifications do your coaches have?
S&E Executive Coaches undergo thorough vetting before joining the S&E Network of Consultants. They must disclose their credentialing level, be accredited by a recognized body such as International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council Global (EMCC Global), the Association for Coaching (AC), or equivalent, or be working towards these credentials under supervision. Additionally, they must hold licensure in relevant assessment tools.
Do you use coaching agreements? Do I need to sign the agreement?
S&E follows ICF standards, using Coaching Agreements with all clients. Clients receive the agreement via DocuSign for their signature. Please read the agreement fully, as failing to comply may lead to session interruptions, discontinuation, or financial penalties for no-shows and late cancellations.
What is your privacy policy?
Privacy is valued, as is the protection of confidential information. The reasons for requesting personal information will be disclosed. Information is collected solely for its intended purpose or as required by law and will not be shared with third parties. Information will be stored until the goal is achieved. S&E complies with State of Minnesota privacy laws. Measures are taken to protect information against loss and theft. Customers are informed about policies and practices concerning the management of personal information.
What is an Employer Sponsored Program and how can I benefit from participating?
Employer Sponsored Programs are third-party payer programs where the employer funds the coaching for employees. The employee is the client, and the employer is the sponsor. This setup retains all features of the individual coach-coachee relationship, including coaching agreements and privacy limits.
Do you provide services via text?
S&E does not offer text-based coaching services.
What is your cancellation policy?
S&E requires a 24-hour advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of sessions. Failure to provide an advance notice may result in a financial penalty.

What happens if I don't achieve my goals?
The coaching agreement outlines a set number of sessions. If more sessions are needed to achieve your goals, the contract can be modified or a new one created with updated goals and added sessions.
Do you bill for the session or for the hour?
S&E bills for the session. A session is determined to be for a set amount of time. This is stipulated in the Coaching Agreement and agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.
